Internal Cust Engagement Rep

Location: Oak Brook, IL

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Digital Communication Specialist to join our team at Chiro One Wellness Centers. This individual will play a key role in engaging prospective patients through text messages, emails, and phone calls, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively respond to leads while maintaining a warm, helpful, and professional tone. You will also be responsible for reaching out to patients who meet specific criteria such as living in certain states or having certain insurance plans to schedule appointments and provide additional information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Text Message Engagement: Respond to incoming text messages from prospective leads, answering inquiries, providing information, and scheduling appointments.
  • Phone Outreach: Call prospective patients based on certain criteria (e.g., location, insurance plan) to provide additional information, answer questions, and schedule appointments.
  • Email Communication: Draft and send follow-up emails to prospective patients, ensuring all communication is professional, clear, and concise.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads based on preset criteria (such as geographic location and insurance plan) to determine suitability for our services.
  • Patient Experience: Provide a positive, empathetic experience for prospective patients, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered.
  • Scheduling: Assist patients in scheduling appointments, providing them with necessary details about our services and policies.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all patient interactions, ensuring no lead or patient is overlooked.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure the highest level of patient care and follow-through.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service, sales, or healthcare-related role, preferably in a contact center environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable handling both text-based communication and phone calls.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple communication channels (text, email, and phone) simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology or an interest in learning about chiropractic care is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in lead generation, patient engagement, or similar roles in the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of various insurance plans and understanding of insurance-related questions.
