Wellness Sales Coordinator

Location: Oak Brook, IL - Corporate

General Description

TVG-Medulla LLC is seeking a Wellness Sales Enablement Specialist (WSES) for our corporate location in Oak Brook, IL. Our WSES works closely with the Director of Customer Engagement, the Sales Enablement Manager, business development team members, regional managers, and sales team members to manage daily, weekly and monthly operational tasks. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail oriented, has excellent communications skills, and is proficient in the MS Office suite as well as some familiarity with CRMs, such as Salesforce.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate event and activity records in the CRM (Salesforce)

• Work with the Wellness Sales team to provide event updates and communicate any changes in event status or setup instructions.

• Work directly with the management team to ensure robust event calendars by populating our systems with event opportunities that are setup by the inside and outside business development teams.

• Develop sales opportunities by gathering contact information within key verticals.

• Place and reconcile event food orders.

• Communicate with client organizations to confirm event details.

• Assist in reconciling sales results at the end of each month.

• Monitor, stock and order external sales event paperwork, and distribute to WSRs as requested.

• Schedule travel accommodations for our traveling WSRs.

• Be a part of enhancing overall team performance while maintaining and exceeding individual expectations.

• Perform monthly reconciliation of sales credit card, including collecting receipts charged over the month from sales team members, completing reconciliation form and submitting form and receipts to A/P by the third day of each month.

Minimum Qualifications

• High computer literacy, including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, and Salesforce

• Strong phone presence/engaging personality

• Strong verbal/written communication and people skills

• Highly detailed and quick at completing tasks

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Skillful with multi-tasking, computer navigation, and data entry

• Experience with maintaining and organizing detailed information
