We are looking for a Wellness Sales Representative to join our expanding team team to drive patient acquisition growth by way of engaging and converting prospective patients at wellness screening events at business, retail and community venues. This role is responsible for educating event attendees on spinal health as well as how chiropractic care can improve overall health and wellness. In addition to running wellness events, this role also supports business development and ongoing support of key business and community relationships to drive future events.

The Wellness Sales Representative is a metric-driven role with a base salary plus a lucrative monthly bonus plan related to new patient acquisition. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, Wellness Sales Representatives receive extensive initial sales training, continuing education and are a part of a team of high-performing team members who are passionate about helping people while advancing their careers.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Effectively execute wellness screening events and workshops at business, retail and community venues with the purpose of educating attendees on spinal health and the positive impacts of chiropractic care as well as converting these leads to new patient appointments
  • Work in conjunction with team members to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance metrics
  • Deliver an exceptional prospective patient, event partner and brand experience
  • Maintain current and accurate knowledge of Core office services and products as well as company policies and procedures
  • Identify and secure new event venues for wellness screenings
  • Create and execute new sales strategies to facilitate new patient acquisition
  • Complete daily administrative activities accurately and on time, such as inputting daily activities into an online database, completing event records and documentation and managing funds that are collected at the events
  • Provide support in managing the development, implementation, and execution of a marketing calendar in conjunction with the Marketing Department

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of business-to-business or business-to-consumer sales experience preferred?
  • Highly motivated, industrious and results-driven professional with ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively connect with a diverse portfolio of prospects (professionals, laborers, retail visitors, community event attendees, etc.)
  • Accountable for performance and results
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and external event partners to achieve results
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must have a reliable, personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a good driving record
  • Experience working in the Health and Wellness field desired but not required
